• Customization and Development: Design, develop, and implement Magento-based eCommerce websites, including custom modules, themes, and extensions
• Platform Optimization: Optimize and enhance existing Magento-based websites for improved performance, scalability, and user experience
• Integration and Extension: Integrate third-party applications, payment gateways, and extensions into Magento platforms as per business requirements
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, leading by example in coding best practices and standards
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance of eCommerce sites
• Version Control and Deployment: Utilize version control systems like Git and manage deployment processes for Magento-based projects
• Security and Compliance: Implement security measures, follow best practices, and ensure compliance with industry standards to protect eCommerce sites
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals

Skills and Qualifications:

• Magento Proficiency: Extensive experience in Magento development, including Magento 1 and Magento 2, along with knowledge of its architecture and APIs
• PHP and MySQL: Strong command over PHP programming language and MySQL database management for Magento customization and development
• Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including jQuery), and responsive design for frontend development and customization
• Extension Development: Experience in developing custom Magento extensions and integrating third-party modules for specific functionalities
• Version Control and Deployment Tools: Familiarity with Git, Composer, and deployment tools for efficient project management
