Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team at Axis AMC, a leading mutual fund company in India. This role is ideal for individuals with up to 2 years of work experience, irrespective of industry, who have a passion for social media, finance, and a keen understanding of the digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

- Develop engaging and shareable content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.

- Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to support marketing campaigns.

2. Social Media Strategy:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.

3. Community Engagement:

- Foster and maintain a positive online community by responding to comments, messages, and user interactions.

- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with followers.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance metrics.

- Prepare regular reports highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization.

5. Campaign Management:

- Execute and monitor social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.

- Adjust strategies based on campaign performance and audience feedback.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 2 to 4 years of work experience in social media management, marketing, or a related role.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Basic knowledge of financial concepts and mutual funds is a plus.

Skills:

- Content creation using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics.

- Creativity and innovation in designing engaging social media campaigns.

- Strong interpersonal skills for effective community management.
