Overview :

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with a passion for AI and a strong technical background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring product development aligns with customer needs and strategic goals.

Responsibilities :

Product Strategy and Roadmap :

- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals.

- Work closely with stakeholders to identify market opportunities and prioritize features.

Requirement and Design Coordination :

- Develop project requirements and work with design teams to enhance user experience.

- Ensure the integration of user-centric design principles into product features.

Technical Expertise :

- Understand AI technologies, frameworks, and product development cycles.

- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of solutions.

- Evaluate and incorporate emerging trends, features, and technologies into the product roadmap.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Act as the primary liaison between business, engineering, and design teams to drive seamless communication.

- Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Customer Engagement :

- Gather and analyze customer feedback, identifying pain points and areas for improvement.

- Partner with sales and marketing teams to understand market trends and customer needs.

Performance and Metrics :

- Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success.

- Continuously refine the product based on analytics, customer feedback, and market research.

Project Management :

- Manage product development timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with deadlines.

- Anticipate and mitigate risks, resolving bottlenecks and challenges proactively.

REQUIREMENTS

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. A - Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI, machine learning, or related technology domains.

- Hands-on experience working with products or engineering teams.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and technologies.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data pipelines.

- Experience with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution.
