Overview :
The person will be responsible for actively driving and managing the pre-sales process with direct and channel customers the Pre-Sales Consultant must be able to articulate the company's technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users. He/She will provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process by identifying customer's technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams, account managers and partners on proposal activities.
Duties And Responsibilities :
Technical Expertise :
- Deep understanding of the video surveillance industry, including camera types, resolutions, and deployment scenarios.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor technical solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our video analytics solutions.
- Assist in creating compelling proposals, technical documentation, and statements of work.
Post-Sales Implementation :
- Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase, ensuring smooth deployment and configuration of our solutions.
- Work closely with clients and partners to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
Training and Enablement :
- Conduct training sessions for internal sales teams, partners, and clients to enhance their understanding of our products and technologies.
- Develop educational materials, such as user guides and technical documentation, to support effective onboarding and ongoing usage
Education :
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or a related quantitative field. Masters in Technology or an MBA from reputed institute.
