Awiros - Technical Product Manager - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Solutions (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Technical Product Manager who :

- Owns the releases, de-risks them, and takes them to completion.

- Understand the technical details of the development and break down project work to provide clarity.

- Identify the need for resources from or trade-offs with other teams to maximize the overall company's goals.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, risks, and schedules.

- Communicate effectively to others about project status and resolutions.

- Coordinate work and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities :

- Take an active part in the development of AI/ML-based solutions and liaise with stakeholders to analyze business problems, clarify requirements, and define the scope of the resolution needed

- Plan and develop requirements/standards for scheduled projects in the domain of data-driven technologies

- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies and coordinate discussions with cross-functional teams to review project deliverables

- Facilitate communication with key strategy stakeholders, including regular reports and strategy progress meetings

- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities of the team for specific projects or initiatives

- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

- Provide coaching and direction to AI/ML team members as required

- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, documentation, and metrics appropriate for the business

- Maintain awareness of industry standards and best practices in the area of AI/ML

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in alignment with the productivity and sustainability goals

- Oversee the implementation of project improvements

- Manage the execution of the product definition in an Agile/scrum environment

Key Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree in engineering with 5+ years of work experience

- B. Tech degree with an MBA will be preferred

- PMP or Agile Scrum Master certification will be preferred

- Domain: Artificial Intelligence led solutions

- Know-how of data-driven solutions, key performance indicators, quick problem-solving ability

- Efficient people management skills and excellent leadership abilities

- Familiarity with data science terminologies and possess computer literacy skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience in cloud technologies with an interest in learning about the latest technologies will be an advantage

- Detail-oriented and antsy about specifics

- Experience in delivering results by driving the execution of programs spanning multiple locations
