Awiros - Head - Projects & Delivery (7-12 yrs)

We're hiring a self-motivated and experienced Head of Delivery and Projects to manage and oversee the execution of Awiros' various projects in India. The selected candidate will work directly with Awiros' customers and system integration partners to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope of work and expectations as per the RFP/Tender requirements. The selected candidate will coordinate within Awiros cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are met in time. The job sometimes requires travel and overtime hours, especially during the onsite delivery of projects. Responsibilities :

- Ensure clear communication among all groups involved in the successful delivery of projects. This includes day-today communication with customers, coordination with other customer services groups, vendors and partners, and communicating project milestones to internal and external stakeholders.

- Set up and implement strategies for the successful completion of new and ongoing projects to be delivered on time. This includes but is not limited to meeting the project delivery timelines, effective sample plans, identifying project risks, developing risk mitigation plans, managing changes in project scope and providing alternate solutions.

- Expand customer relationships through an understanding of customer objectives, consultation during the sale process, and attending service calls for the customers/partners as and when required.

- Be the single point of contact to provide support to the customers as and when required.

- Proactive planning and organized approaches to work to meet deadlines of various projects and manage time effectively. Must show strong attention to detail, be reliable, and be punctual.

- Build requirements, execution, and delivery as per customer/partner's plan.

- Delegate/Supervise projects to the members of the team assigned based on the project requirement and the skills of the delivery and project management team.

- Estimate the efforts, manpower, resources and any other requirement for delivering the projects as per customer's satisfaction, including post-delivery project needs.

- Track project performance, specifically to ensure the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.

- Organize and execute weekly, fortnightly and monthly project update meetings for all the stakeholders.

- Regularly meet/ speak with customers to take detailed briefs/ feedback and clarify specific requirements.

- Ensure that all the escalations are resolved with customer and partner satisfaction.

Qualifications :

- 7-12 years of experience in project services and sales in companies with project management and delivery of Video Management Systems (VMS)/Video Analytics Software or other similar enterprise software.

- B.Tech, MBA from a reputed institution.

- PMP and other similar certifications will be an added advantage.

- Demonstrate and continually develop leadership skills.

- Strong command of common Project management software and tools.

- Excellent command of MS Office and especially Excel.

- Strong process management and improvement skills.
