Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Administrative Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain data security protocols.
  • You are required to provide assistance to employees as needed for ongoing projects.

Human Resources Management:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, job postings on diff. job portals and making job offers.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Oversee employee on boarding, orientation, and training programs.
  • Administer and manage employee benefits, compensation, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

Conduct exit interviews and off boarding processes.

Compliance and Legal:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and advise management accordingly.

Employee Engagement and Development:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Facilitate employee communication channels and foster a positive work environment.
  • Support professional development and training programs for employees.

Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization


Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree or Master degree in HR or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR Generalist wok, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for document management and reporting.
