- This role is pivotal in enhancing MAUs and delivering on key objectives for partners such as Asianet News and Indigo.
Qualifications:.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management:
- Curate, create, and repurpose engaging content tailored to different social media platforms.
- Strategically schedule and distribute content to maximize reach and engagement.
Social Media Growth:
- Drive visibility for all websites through targeted social media strategies.
- Ensure consistent growth in followers and engagement across platforms.
WhatsApp Base Development:
- Build and manage a WhatsApp channel for content distribution.
- Create an active and engaged WhatsApp user base, leveraging it for audience retention and content sharing.
Collaboration and Delivery:
- Ensure seamless content delivery to partners such as Asianet News and Indigo.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
- Collaborate with external database to enhance reach.
Performance Metrics:.
- Continuously track and analyze social media metrics to measure growth.
- Optimize campaigns to drive improved MOUs and overall ROI.
- Coordinate with Sales teams to help monetize content.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse social media metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), providing insights to optimise strategies and demonstrate ROI (Return on Investment).
- Crisis Management: Be prepared to handle social media crises or negative publicity effectively by implementing crisis communication strategies.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of social media professionals, including content creators, community managers, and analysts, to ensure seamless operations and strategy execution.
Qualifications:.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms, to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Creativity: The ability to think creatively and come up with innovative content ideas and campaigns.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with the audience and convey the brand's message.
- Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and paid advertising analytics tools for tracking and analyzing social media performance.
- Content Creation Tools: Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g.,, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for creating graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
