WHAT YOU LL DO
As a Technical Trainer, you will design, develop, and deliver technical training programs to accelerate onboarding for our Global Business Services team. You will create tailored training content that aligns with our Learning and Development standards by actively listening to team members, validating learning progress, and being attentive to risks and timelines. Acting as a problem solver, youll ensure effective knowledge transfer and continuous improvement in our processes.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
Create and update training materials and modules for CAD and engineering roles, including software like AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for individuals and groups, effectively conveying technical concepts.
Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with the CAD Manager and Supervisors on training needs and process improvement.
Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and trainee progress; generate reports on training effectiveness.
Establish and maintain practices to ensure training standards are met.
Keep up-to-date with the latest software updates and industry trends, integrating them into training programs.
Create a supportive and healthy workspace that encourages learning and growth.\
Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to team members, addressing learning gaps and promoting skill development.

Working knowledge of MS Office.
Understanding of engineering aspects of audiovisual systems design and installation.
Excellent multitasking capabilities while adapting to changing priorities.
Energized self-starter capable of working and thinking independently and ensuring to meet deadlines.
Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.
Advanced computer skills as required for drafting and AutoCAD.
Minimum of a Bachelor s or Graduate s degree in business.
Nice-To-Haves:
B.S, a degree in Electrical / Computer / Mechanical / Civil Engineering is preferred
At least 5 years experience of AV signal flow and infrastructure drawings is preferred
Prior experience as a trainer is preferred
Experience with Enterprise VC solutions (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cisco Telepresence, etc.)-both hardware and software
