Sales and Business Development Executive
Joining Immediately Location Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Chennai, Nagpur
We are looking for candidates who are flexible and willing to travel.
Qualification and Requirements
  • Any Graduate, Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Diploma in Medical Devices, Biomedical, Instrumentation, BBM, BBA, MSc/BSc in Electronics, medical devices or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role in the medical equipment industry
  • Proven track record of success in medical device sales
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical devices
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and educate healthcare professionals.
  • Good command over language Fluency in English and local language
  • Proficiency in using Computer and MS Office applications
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Prior knowledge and experience with Neonatal devices and on ICU Ventilators will be given preference
Role and Responsibility
  • Generate leads Meeting Doctor, Hospital Administrators to promote company s product and generate sales in field of Neonatal, Critical care, Respiratory care. Work with local dealers, generate leads and strategize sales activities within assigned territories, identifying potential clients through healthcare market research, networking, and competitor activities.
  • Business Development, Customer Acquisition and Satisfaction Eloquently present and showcase the value proposition of the offered products to customers during sales pitches, trade shows, or other opportunities. Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings. Provide proposal to interested customers, negotiate in line with company directives and follow up to secure orders on behalf of the company. Establish and maintain close relationships with the Doctors, Paramedical staff and Purchase Department to develop the business for the company.
  • Installation and Demonstration Execute Installations and delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
  • Documentation and Reporting Collect customer feedbacks and document it. Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts and pipeline updates.
