Job Overview :

We are seeking an 5+Years experienced and dynamic Senior Consultant - SAP MM (Material Management) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Material Management solutions to meet client business requirements.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to deliver robust SAP MM solutions that optimize supply chain and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP MM solutions for clients, ensuring best practices are applied.

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, process challenges, and identify SAP MM solutions to drive efficiency.

- Configure SAP MM modules (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Vendor Evaluation) as per business requirements.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis, workshops, and design sessions to propose SAP-based solutions.

- Develop functional specifications for custom development, interfaces, reports, and enhancements in SAP MM.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.

- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP MM with other SAP modules (SD, WM, PP, etc.) and third-party systems.

- Support data migration activities, ensuring accurate transfer of data from legacy systems to SAP MM.

- Perform system testing, end-user training, and ensure successful cutover and go-live activities.

- Monitor post-implementation support, providing troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to SAP MM functionality.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP MM features, releases, and trends to ensure continuous improvement and competitive advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM consulting, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations (from blueprint to go-live and post-go-live support).

- Strong expertise in SAP MM configuration, including Purchasing (MM-PUR), Inventory Management (MM-IM), and Material Master Data.

- Knowledge of integration points between SAP MM and other SAP modules such as SAP SD, WM, and PP.

- Proven experience in conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and preparing functional specifications.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori is a plus.

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP MM Certification.

- Experience with SAP Ariba or other procurement solutions is a plus.

- Knowledge of advanced reporting tools like SAP BI/BW or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

- Understanding of the latest SAP technologies and innovations in supply chain management.
