Process all generated leads from website or email
Qualify all leads before presenting them to Management
Conducting detailed and regular market research to discover new customers and stay up to date with the competitive landscape
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
Maintaining an accurate and updated database of customer information
Regularly communicating with the prospects and customers to understand their needs
Presenting and demonstrating the value of our products and services to prospects and existing customers
Handling the documentation during the customer lifecycle
Developing and managing an efficient Customer Support System
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with dealers, customers based on trust and respect to create a better customer experience.
Your role if you are selected in Sales function:
Identify right set of customers, promote the products and achieve sales goals for the given territory for Chemicals of JT Baker Lab ,Pharmaceutical, Rankem range Consumables, Instrument & Equipment, Chromatography portfolio of VWR, Avantor Diagnostic (Benesphera)
Develop new business within assigned geographic territory & clients by doing market survey on the potential of products and competitionsmarket share
Identify new key accounts, distributor/channel partners and direct trade opportunities
Implement business strategies successfully to grow profitable sales.
Key Account Management & working closely with Channel Distributors to achieve Sales and profitability Targets
Follows up diligently on leads received from other areas of the organization.
Responsible for preparation of Sales Forecasts
Functions as a segment expert; understands market issues & trends impacting the designated segment of the market
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing pre-sales, after-sales support, product education and advice. Ensuring timely delivery of products
