Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation:
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities through a combination of inbound and outbound sales activities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Proactively address customer concerns and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement effective account management strategies to retain and upsell existing customers.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Continuously analyze and improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement sales tools, templates, and best practices to streamline the sales cycle.
- Utilize sales CRM software to track and manage sales pipelines and opportunities.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- Successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong Sales Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies and techniques.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in sales CRM software (e., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of sales automation tools and technologies.
Industry Knowledge:
- Knowledge of industry trends and challenges.
Education:
- Bachelor's/master/s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering).
Additional Qualifications
- MBA or advanced sales certifications.
- Experience in a specific sales methodology (e., Solution Selling, Consultative Selling).
