Smt Engineer

1.Prepare weekly/daily production plan, as per Daily Plan receives kit from Store and PCBA receives from THT Stage and start the Kitting activities.

2.Receives the BOM & Other Related Documents from Documentations.

3.Based on product related Documents Start the Process.

4.If any Special Instruction in that Documents go through and start as per the Instruction.

5.Boards are Tested as per the Document mentions and moved to Integrations.

6.Once the Boards Integration activities complete moved to Final Quality Inspection

9.After the Quality activity Moved to Packing.

10. If any Quality & other related issues found in Testing and Testing & Same need to solve or else escalate Corresponding Heads.

11. Ensure the Production as per Schedule & Quality Products Deliver to Customers.

12.To Train the Person organization towards continual improvement.

13.Maintain the Production related Documents and report to Top Managements

14. Responsible for Production Engineer, Junior Engineer, GET, DET, Operators & Apprentice output 15. Monitor -Attendance of his/her subordinates,

16.Motivate his/her team for continual improvements.

17.Involve in line issues/customer complaints meeting and provide solutions

18.Monitor and achieve hourly /daily /weekly /monthly quality and production KPIs

19.Responsible for employee and resource safety

20.lead the daily KPI review meeting along with operators and CFT

Expected expertise on

1.Welvesrsed with ICT, FCT, cold Test and other Test equipment

2. Knowledge of Problem-solving Techniques, Cycle time ,8D, why why analysis, Poke yoke/ Jidoka / kaizen

3. Exposer to management, Line balancing, bottle neck and Production /Lean Techniques

3.Knowledge of evacuation during emergency.

4.Knowledge of IPC610/620.

5.Hands on experience in handling RMA/rework
