Job Description:
- We are seeking a strategic Program Manager to oversee and enhance Total Rewards (compensation and benefits) technology initiatives.
- You will manage the intake, evaluation, and execution of technology enhancements for People & Culture, with a focus on Total Rewards systems. You will be a subject matter expert, collaborating with Total Rewards, People Operations, and technical teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- An ideal candidate would have experience in Workday and deep experience in either compensation or benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the intake and prioritization of HCM and Total Rewards technology enhancement projects, ensuring that business requirements are thoroughly documented through process visualizations and narratives.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on People Operations processes, influencing decisions that impact end users and HCM processes.
- Lead the end-to-end project management process, including requirements gathering, testing, business sign-off, change management, and cutover for HR technology projects.
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of policy documentation for programs supported by HR Operations technology.
- Partner with key stakeholders and HR Technology PMs to assess system impacts, dependencies, and project interrelationships, keeping teams informed of technology capabilities and potential data impacts.
- Evaluate HR technology performance against business goals, providing recommendations for process and system improvements to align with overall HR strategy, and manage the HR technology backlog.
- Be HR Technology liaison with cross-functional teams and external technical consultants to ensure smooth integration and process execution.
- Support additional program and technology enhancements.
- 5+ years of experience, with a background in HR technology and process management.
- In-depth experience with Workday, with Annual Compensation events, Benefits Enrollment, and Leave of Absence processes.
- Project management capabilities.
- Strong collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well within a team and across departments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
