Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive marketing operations for assigned clients. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in digital marketing, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating regular updates, obtaining approvals for submitted assignments, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Content Creation: Conduct extensive research to develop engaging and informative blog posts tailored to client industries and target audiences.

• Email Marketing: Design and create compelling email campaigns, including all visual elements, and manage their deployment to achieve optimal engagement and conversion rates.

• Social Media Management: Oversee clients' LinkedIn pages by crafting and scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and implementing strategies to enhance reach and engagement.

• Website Management: Publish blog content on client websites, ensuring all SEO elements are optimized. Regularly update website content to maintain SEO best practices and improve search engine rankings.

• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing festival and LinkedIn posts, ensuring consistency with client branding and messaging.

• SEO Audits: Conduct monthly SEO audits of client websites, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance organic search performance.

• Reporting: Compile comprehensive reports detailing the performance of SEO audits, email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and website traffic, providing actionable insights to clients.

• Video Production: Develop 2–3-minute videos, including scriptwriting to effectively convey client messages and promote their offerings.

• Marketing Strategy: Create persuasive marketing strategy presentations to pitch new clients, showcasing the value and effectiveness of proposed marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management or marketing with a strong track record of building and managing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media management.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Experience in video creation using stock footage, voiceovers, and captions, along with scriptwriting, is a plus.
