Marketing Assistant

Job Purpose/Summary.

Atyantik Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant (L1) to enhance our community engagement and brand presence.

This entry-level role offers the opportunity to take ownership of marketing initiatives, build foundational skills, and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities And Duties.

Social Media and Online Branding.

Implement strategies to grow engagement and followers across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Google.

Maintain consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content on social media.

Connect with relevant personalities and organizations on LinkedIn to expand reach.

Community Engagement and Networking.

Participate in tech communities to strengthen brand visibility.

Coordinate and attend events, workshops, and gatherings, requiring occasional travel.

Event Coordination and Public Relations.

Plan and organize events, managing logistics and materials.

Draft press releases and liaise with media outlets as needed.

Content Development and Management.

Create engaging content for digital platforms that reflect Atyantiks values.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Skills And Competencies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms is an advantage.

Willingness to travel as required.

Experience.

0-2 years of experience in marketing, focusing on social media management, branding, or event coordination.

Performance Expectations.

Increase brand visibility and engagement through effective social media strategies.

Actively represent Atyantik at community events.

Deliver accurate reports and demonstrate growth in marketing expertise.

Work Environment and Physical Demands.

Office-based, with occasional travel to events.

The role may involve light physical tasks, such as setting up event materials.

Weekend availability may be required for events, with compensatory leave provided.
