We're looking for tech-savvy individuals with good knowledge in HTML, CSS, creating webpages, providing technical solutions, product testing, etc.

Position: Executive - Digital Services

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Qualification: BSc IT, BSc CS, BCA, MSc IT, MCA

Location: Bhandup (WFO)

Shift: 12:30pm to 9pm

Job Description:

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Taking briefs and creating registration pages, apps and portals within events air.
• Quality checking and testing own work.
• Fixing bugs (not backend code but within the system logic) and responding to questions about the system.
• Implement and train customers and staff on all Online, Client Facing products.
• To Support the Digital Services team with call and inbox management.
• To provide both internal and external customers support and updates via call and email.
• Ensure that incoming calls and emails are answered promptly and professionally in line with the business customer service standards.
• Assist when required our commercial teams (sales and account managers) from a technical perspective in demos/training/implementation.
• Resolve system queries from clients and colleagues via call and email.
• Assist with profile maintenance, both manual updates and via an upload process.
• Proactively resolve system access issues unlocking accounts, resetting passwords etc.
• To help build and configure online solutions.
• General system maintenance updates.
• Produce prompts and procedures for all tools ensuring documentation is updated and communicated to all departments.
• Test all products prior to deployment.
• Work as an extension of the Global Digital team.

Key Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

• Willingness to learn different systems (eventsair and other systems that we are looking at).
• Knowledge of Power BI or willingness to learn (nice to have).
• Knowledge of smartsheet or willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to use own initiative and think logically when reviewing system.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
