Having a solid VFX background and a comprehensive understanding of 3D/2D pipelines and software packages like Houdini, Maya, and Nuke is highly desirable.
Provide input regarding tools and techniques that can be used to improve the output.
Work closely with VFX/comp Supervisors and Leads to determine the best approach and scheduling.
Being experienced in lighting and rendering using Arnold, Mantra, and V-Ray is advantageous.
Should be able to analyze situations, propose creative solutions, and guide the team in overcoming obstacles.
Being able to organize, direct, and design your work.
Ability to work effectively within a team with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exhibit a high level of focus and skill in a fast-paced production environment.
Excellent communication analytical problem solving skills.
Strong demo reel and/or portfolio.

Willingness to mentor and support junior-level artists, as well as lead teams on both large-scale projects and smaller sequences.
Advanced proficiency in CG software such as Maya, Katana, Zeno, and Nuke. Also, proficiency in Python, Linux, and shell scripting for efficient workflow and task automation.
In-depth knowledge of visual effects techniques, including look development, shader writing, layout, and matchmove are advantageous.
Keen eye for detail and ability to anticipate potential issues, coupled with expertise in utilizing tools to enhance visual output.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and provide accurate time estimates for project completion.
