Job Description :
To co-ordinate with the Support team on all requirements/issues and ensuring that they are delivering as per SLA. Review of the time spent by Support team and ensuring that only critical issues are taken to them and all other issues are resolved at his end.
- Consistent follow up with Finance and Operations team for all the requirements to be submitted from their side and ensuring that there is optimum utilization of the tool from all sides. Any resistance from any of the team to be resolved in amicable manner by suggesting some workaround.
- To train the team and guide them on all modules and to be proactive in anticipating the issues and ensuring that it is resolved asap.
- To help in developing some of the reports through Power BI if the same is not customized in D365
- To support both Operations and Finance team on all D365 related doubts raised by them.
- To perform the admin role in the tool and taking ownership of all admin set up in the system
- To review the usage of the tool both from function perspective and report perspective and giving periodic reports to the management on the same.
- To ensure that all Microsoft updates in the system are done smoothly by co-ordinating with the support team in testing those functions.
- To support the team in implementing any of the new group entity in D365.
Required Skills :
- 4 to 6 years of overall professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Functional
- Should have minimum 2-3 implementations on D365 Finance and operations for a Global organization.
- Experience of working on full life cycle implementations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding of ERP Business Processes, industry vertical knowledge.
- Should have strong knowledge of Finance and operations module
