Store Manager

Primary Responsibility Areas:

• To ensure the delivery of operational and sales plans in the store.
• To ensure adherence to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, brand standards, company policies and procedures
• Monitor, review and ensure all KPIs of the store staff are met on on-going basis.
• Managing and making sure that the correct mix of merchandise is available at the store.
• To work with internal departments effectively to ensure smooth operations at the store.
• Create window and wall displays, developed visual marketing skills and strategies.
• Restock inventory every month and review cash operation data to verify proper replenishment.
• Responsible for maintaining the Inventory levels at the store and controlling Shrinkage as per Company Standards.
• Share information, ideas and suggestions to accomplish mutual goals.
• Development of team members.
• Dealing with different viewpoints as a part of team.
• Optimize hiring of manpower in line with the business plan.
• Training the current staff according to the requirements.
• To ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Create talent pipeline for more staff.
• Customer relationship management.
• Driving sell through and inventory efficiency.
• Competition tracking.
• Discount management.

• Sales, operations and profitability
• Daily, weekly and monthly sales plan in the store.
