Atlas Systems - TOSCA Architect - Tricentis (10-13 yrs)

Experience Level :

Senior (612 years) of hands on Tricentis TOSCA implementation, ideally with TOSCA certifications such as AS1, AS2, AE1, TA1, or TDS1/2

As a TOSCA Architect, you will define and implement enterprise-level test automation strategies, build scalable frameworks, configure infrastructure, and lead technical delivery. You'll collaborate across QA, DevOps, and product teams to embed continuous testing practices in CI/CD pipelines

Key Responsibilities :

Test Strategy & Framework Design :

- Design and oversee test automation frameworks using Toscas model-based approach (MBTA).

- Establish standards and best-practices across test teams

Tosca Infrastructure Management :

- Configure Tosca Server, DEX, Workspace, Repository, and Tosca Commander.

- Manage upgrades, migrations, and user/project portfolios

CI/CD & Integration :

- Integrate test execution into pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, GitLab CI, etc.).

- Connect Tosca with application lifecycle and test management tools like QTest, Jira

Leadership & Mentorship :

- Lead and mentor automation teams; support technical escalations.

- Conduct trainings/workshops to promote best practices

Reporting & Metrics :

- Develop dashboards, test metrics (coverage, flakiness, execution rates) for stakeholders.

- Perform root cause analysis, monitor quality trends

Expand Automation Coverage :

- Automate multiple layersUI, API, performance, security, ETL.

- Use Tosca Test Design, Data Management, and integrate scanners or vision AI

Continuous Improvement :

- Drive initiatives for process enhancement, shift-left testing, and self healing automation.

- Evaluate emerging tools and features in Tosca (e.g., AI-based features)

Required Qualifications :

- 10+ years experience in Tricentis Tosca (architect-level expertise); 8+ years preferred

- TOSCA certifications (AS1/2, AE1, TDS1/2, TA1)

- Proficiency in setting up Tosca Server, Distributed Execution, TDS, TCD

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD integrations (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo)

- Strong scripting abilities (Java, C#, Python, or VBScript)

- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments and SDLC frameworks

- Excellent communication and leadership skills with global teams

- Experience with QTest, test case design best practices

- Familiarity with API testing, service virtualization, performance testing tools

- Knowledge of containers, cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure)
