Role & responsibilities
Job Description of Team Leader
1. Greeting and welcoming customers.
2. Answering customers queries if any regarding product or any customers service.
3. Attending customers in case of non-closure of sales and assigning it to other salesman.
4. Support to Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager for the day to day store operations and management.
5. Ensure timely opening and closing of the store.
6. Ensuring proper cleaning from housekeeping team as per daily and weekly schedules and checklist.
7. Ensure proper closure of lights, fan and AC in case of non-movement or absence of customer for cost control.
8. Checking of all staffs grooming and uniform as per rules.
9. Ensure proper inward and outward of parcels and goods.
10. Ensure all staffs proper checking at gate while entering to store and going out from store. Ensure staff follow lane discipline as per rule.
11. Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly checklists are followed as per timelines.
12. Ensure proper working and maintenance of all stores assets and daily checking.
13. Ensure all the offers and advertisements are displayed as per requirement and following up.
14. Indent and support in any stationery, infrastructure and other requirements of the store and follow up.
15. Daily checking of attendance and maintenance of required registers.
16. Daily checking of customers feedback.
17. Ensure store with proper locking at the time of closing.
