PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with senior management and team leaders to provide analytical and project support for all investment related activities within life and annuity M&A/reinsurance.
Strong commercial sense, able to collaborate within an entrepreneurial team and deliver results/reports/analysis in a timely manner.
Prepare deal presentations and other materials for internal and external counterparties.
Daily responsibilities include modeling, quantitative financial analysis, financial and business due diligence, and reporting.
Assist the deal team to develop memos, materials for senior team members, and ad hoc projects.

Qualifications & Experience

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (Academic, Professional, Experience)

A senior financial Analyst with 4-9 years of hands-on quant, insurance or actuarial experience in a Inv bank, Reinsurance or Asset Managers who has graduated from Top Tier-Institutions.
Part of insurance solutions teams and insurer/investment manager asset mgmt. and ALM teams with at least 3-5 years experience on insurance liabilities modeling
Good knowledge of US annuities market is a plus.
Ability to code in SQL/Python with knowledge of programming languages a plus
Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to formulate complex problems in terms allowing efficient decision making.
Strong quantitative academic background in mathematics, physics, engineering or computer science or equivalent
