Job Description
- Assist the Compensation team with compensation design, analysis, firm-wide comp
- expense budgeting/forecasting and the implementation of new or revised compensation
- programs
- Supports the year-end annual compensation process including bonus pool analysis, production of
- compensation templates for managers, compensation statements for employees and
- enhancements of related year-end processes
- Monitors labor market trends and continuously evaluate market competitiveness of ES and CPS compensation structures including owning the ES and CPS team s market data matching and data submission
- Improves current state of function through automation and repeatable report creation for respective businesses
- 4+ years of experience - mix of compensation, strategy, and/or data analytics background
- Experience in data handling, reporting and excellent knowledge of Excel including formulas
- Superior communication and listening skillset
- Ability to independently take on multiple tasks with high degree of attention to detail
- Proactive go-getter that offers suggestions for improvement and actively pushes Compensation function forward in both efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience in administering compensation structures, processes, policies
- Strong understanding of year-end compensation process
- Candidate must have an analytical, logical thought process for developing solutions
