Job Description
Aster Medcity is looking for Junior Staff Nurse - Nursing Services to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- As a Junior Staff Nurse in Nursing Services, you will work under the supervision of senior nursing staff to provide patient care and support
- You will be responsible for administering medication, monitoring patients, and ensuring that all patient care is delivered according to established standards
- Provide patient care and support under the direction of senior nursing staff
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to senior nursing staff
- Assist in patient assessments and care planning
- Help to maintain patient records and documentation
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
