Executive Front Office

Aster Medcity is looking for Executive Front Office to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Greeting visitors and clients and directing them to the appropriate person or department.

Answering and directing phone calls and taking messages when necessary.

Maintaining the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized and ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked.

Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for executives and other staff members.

Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Handling administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Assisting with other office tasks as needed, such as ordering supplies or coordinating meetings.

Knowledge of office procedures and equipment, including basic computer skills and proficiency with standard office software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
