Senior AX Support Consultant Job Description:

• Be an secondary point of contact for end users to provide Technical Support Assistance in Retail POS Application and AX Backoffice
• Provide second level support to end users for issues in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Be part of the implementation, installation, and testing of new changes or updates in the system.
• Respond to queries and requests by phone, email and tickets and provide remote support.
• Ensure that all incoming requests and queries are logged in the Helpdesk Management System.
• Maintain overall ownership of the issue and provide regular update to user ensuring timely resolution as per the agreed SLAs.
• Escalate issue to next level wherever required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Working knowledge in SQL database troubleshooting performance tuning.
• Should have worked on D365/AX for a period of 5-7 years with particular focus in Retail & F&O
• Ideally should have worked in a Retail environment
• Exceptional customer service, accurate and logical-problem solving skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills – verbal, listening and written.
• Should have an Information Technology Degree (or similar)
