Remove Impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles or blockers that affect the team s performance.
Ensure Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment where communication is open and transparent among team members.
Coach and Mentor: Provide support and training to help the team embrace and implement Agile Scrum methodologies effectively.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the Value team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of progress and needs.
Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage and lead efforts for continuous improvement in processes and practices based on retrospective outcomes.
Maintain Agile Tools: Oversee and ensure the accurate maintenance of all documentation related to progress and actions in Agile tracking systems.
Guard and Enforce Scrum Principles: Safeguard and reinforce Scrum principles, practices, and processes by understanding their importance and functionality within the organization.
Monitor Value Team(s) Progress: Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress to all affected parties.
Conflict Resolution: Help resolve interpersonal conflicts and issues within the team to ensure a productive working environment.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members within the practice and across other digital and business units.
Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and practices in a specific area of expertise.

Reporting: Regularly report on the progress of the various Value Teams and outcomes to your Capability Lead and team members.

Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years demonstrated relevant experience.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in Agile projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience Leading Adobe technology projects is a must
Preferred
Life Sciences / Pharma industry experience
Agile Champion: Adherence to DevOps principles and a proven track record with CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
Experience collaborating with Agency, brand teams in Marketing is a plus
