Assistant Manager - Marketing(Mumbai - Matunga)

Role:

Enhance and automate lead generation functions and prepare monthly marketing MIS. Increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation:
• Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies across various business units.
• Utilize tools such as Lusha, Yesware, and Octopus to identify and reach potential clients.
• Analyze and optimize lead generation campaigns to maximize results.
• Prepare monthly marketing MIS.
• System Setup and Management:
• Set up and maintain systems for efficient lead generation and management.
• Ensure seamless integration of lead generation tools across all divisions.
• Monitor and improve the performance of these systems to ensure high efficiency and productivity.
• Resource Sharing &Training:
• Coordinate the sharing of common resources like Lusha, Yesware, and Octopus among different divisions.
• Train team members across various business units on the effective use of these tools.
• Ensure optimal utilization of shared resources to avoid duplication and maximize efficiency.
• Transformation and Automation:
• Lead the transformation of lead generation functions in Kores by introducing automation and new technologies.
• Collaborate with business units to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Review and enhance existing lead generation processes to ensure they are up-to-date and efficient.
