Roles and Responsibilities
- Explaining the potential prospect about the various advantages to consider while purchasing a property.
- Briefing the aspiring prospect about SMRs project features, design, construction process and the quality of materials used.
- Provide the prospect about the location advantages, proximity to educational institutions, medical facilities, public transport options, connecting roads, etc
- Help the potential prospect to visualise the entire project properly enabling them to decide their right unit as per his/hers requirement.
- Explaining the potential prospect on the various offers and payment options, loan facilities clearly authentically.
- Coordinate further site visits and complete the sale towards sales closure.
- Proper coordination with Channel Partners for closing the lead of Channel Partners.
- Lead and guide the Sales Executives on various aspects of sales as per SMR policies.
- Develop and maintain healthy relationship and act as Customer Care Manager for any issues he/she faces while processing the loans / registrations / handing over of the property / move-in.
- Initiate cold calling for new site visits / repeat visits / updating new offers launched by SMR Builders during any specific occasions, etc
- Prepare daily reports / MIS and update the management
Desired Candidate Profile
- A graduate with minimum of 05-10 years of sales experience with a reputed real estate / developer firm in Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Chennai/ Pune (Job Location-Hyderabad)
- Should have experience in closing the sales with excellent negotiation and objection handling skills
- Should be dynamic & extrovert
- Should have managed team of not less than 3 members
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu
- Age below 40years
- Should have own transport facility
