- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant / Manager, Marketing, to join our team at IN10 Media Network. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand and individual channel visibility, audience engagement across our digital and broadcast platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing plans for brand initiatives, seasonal promotions, and new programming.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create audience acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Conduct competitive research and industry analysis to stay informed on market trends and identify new marketing opportunities.
2. Campaign Management and Execution:
- Coordinate the planning, development, and execution of digital, social media, email, and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage content schedules, ensure creative assets are aligned with campaign goals, and collaborate with design and editorial teams.
- Track project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget campaign execution.
3. Analytics and Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Generate and present reports on campaign results, audience engagement metrics, and return on investment (ROI).
- Use insights to make data-driven recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with internal teams, including content, sales, and product, to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Act as a point of contact for third-party vendors, agencies, and media partners.
- Support PR initiatives and brand partnerships to enhance media coverage and audience reach.
5. Brand Management and Audience Engagement:
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and communicate brand messaging effectively.
- Engage with audiences on social media platforms to build community and increase audience loyalty.
- Assist in the management of influencer and partner relationships to amplify brand reach.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in media, entertainment, or digital platforms.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically while managing multiple projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
