Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong Exposure in handling of Recruitment End to End Process.
• Strong Exposure in Labour law and Liasoning with statutory bodies such as DISH,ESI, EPF
• Creating Policy & Procedures and Implementation.
• Ensuring Statutory Registers/Returns & Statutory Tests, License renewals and other
• certifications in compliance with applicable Various Labour laws.
• Story Knowledge in Training & Development Activities.
• Strong Exposure in Payroll Process & HRMS software.
• Ensuring Effective Performance Management System.
• Contract / Labour/ Contractor management Man Deployment / RC / ISM etc
• Employee Compensation and Benefits
• General Admin Welfare, Canteen, Housekeeping, Stationary & Security Services Management Grievance handing.
• 5S Knowledge & Implementation • Working knowledge in SAP
• Exposure in ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001
• Extensive knowledge on Factories Act, Labour Laws and Industrial Relations is Must.
• Qualification:

PGDPM in IR and Labour Welfare / MBA in HR / PGDHRM / MSW in HR
