Job Description :

At IARC, we're seeking an experienced Manager - Cybersecurity who has the IT security skills to make us even more secure and efficient.

This person will be responsible for protecting an organization's sensitive data by implementing security policies and procedures.

The Manager - Cybersecurity will work closely with IT and the Product team to ensure that we are using the most up-to-date technologies to safeguard our business information.

Responsibilities :

- Monitor all operations and infrastructure by going through the alerts and logs

- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify weaknesses and risks

- Monitor security vulnerabilities and hacking threats

- Manage security tools and technologies to ensure effective protection

- Train employees on the cybersecurity best practices and protocols

- Perform security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies in coordination with IT Head and CPO

- Investigate security incidents and provide thorough reports

- Assist in developing the DR Plan to ensure business continuity in case of cyber incidents

- Oversee compliance with the relevant regulations and industry standards

Required skills and qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity or a related field

- Certified CySA+ or CISSP or equivalent certification

- Minimum of 5 yrs of experience in the cybersecurity roles

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices

- Proficiency in security tools like Fortinet FortiGate, SonicWall, Cisco, Bitdefender, SOPHOS, SIEM, Zscaler, Digital Guardian, Qradar, Splunk, etc.

- Familiarity with SASE Framework

- Understanding of cybersecurity technologies like cloud security and monitoring, VPN/VPS, Zero Trust, IDS/IPS, Encryption, Endpoint Security, Antivirus, Data Loss Prevention, etc.

- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).

- Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure) is preferred

- Experience in incident response and security threat analysis

- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies

- Strong vendor management skills

- Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks

- Excellent communication skills to educate employees and report incidents

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure security across all projects

- Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats and implement preventive measures
