Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end MERN stack applications.
- Lead the development of microservices architecture for low-latency applications.
- Develop and implement DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.
- Work on blockchain or AI projects (if applicable) to integrate with existing systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning.
- Drive best practices in software development, including software architecture and SDLC methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both formally and technically.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in MERN stack development.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and experience in building low-latency applications.
- Experience with blockchain or AI projects is a plus.
- Proficient in DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tools is a plus.
- Proven leadership experience, having led a team of 4-5 developers in previous projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both formal and technical.
- Ability to build software architecture and drive technical discussions.
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies and best practices.
- Expertise in JavaScript, both in frontend (React.js, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, Express.js).
- Experience with messaging systems like Kafka.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like SonarQube and Grafana.
