Designation: Financial Planning Analyst

Qualification: CA

Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on, MIS, costing, and budgeting.

Reporting to: CFO

Responsible for:

Management Information Systems (MIS):

1. Develop and maintain MIS reports to provide timely and accurate financial information to management.

2. Analyse data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

3. Design and implement systems and processes to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting efficiency.

4. Provide training and support to end-users on MIS tools and reports.

Costing:

1. Analyse service and product costs and profitability to support pricing decisions and cost-saving initiatives.

2. Develop and maintain cost accounting systems to accurately track and allocate costs.

3. Conduct variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas of concern.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and improve operational efficiency.

Budgeting:

1. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, incorporating input from various departments.

2. Monitor budget performance and analyze variances to identify trends and areas needing attention.

3. Prepare budget-related reports and presentations for management
