Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- To plan and carry out production as per monthly/quarterly targets.
- To ensure quality of the output as per drawings/specifications
- To plan for manpower and machinery as per the production target.
- To build and develop team (online inspection, foreman, supervisors, labours etc) in line with the vision of the company
- To ensure proper Preventive maintenance of machines, resulting in minimum downtime.
- To ensure preservation of tools / fixtures / dies / mould etc
- To work in accordance with standards laid out as per IATF
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor degree in Production / Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling production in auto ancillary units.
- Good interpersonal skills required
