Role & responsibilities

The Assistant Manager - HR Generalist will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation. This role is crucial in maintaining a productive and compliant work environment, supporting both employees and management with HR matters.

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR standards

• Assist in payroll administration and benefits management.

• Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.

• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review

Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.

• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.

• Support career development initiatives and succession planning.

• Maintain training records and track employee progress

• Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.

• Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.

• Organize team-building activities and recognition programs

• Support HR initiatives and projects.

• Ensure all welfare benefits at the plant as welfare officer in line with compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

Profiles from Manufacturing industry are preferred.

• Proficiency/work experience in HR Tool/software (e.g., Workday, HRIS, ADP, Savior etc.)

• Proficient in MS office, power point, excel and word
