Job Description
Role Summary:
This position is responsible for compiling and analyzing sales data, monitoring competitive activities, forecasting sales and revenue and providing actionable insights to support the sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Compiling and Analyzing Sales Data: Gather, organize, and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Monitoring Competitive Activities and Market Trends: Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor strategies, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
- Forecasting Sales and Revenue: Utilize historical data and market analysis to create accurate sales forecasts that guide business planning.
- Providing Actionable Insights: Collaborate with sales teams to deliver insights that drive effective strategies and enhance overall performance.
- Working knowledge of raising BRDs, following with IT Vendors and assisting with UATs and further process changes
- Maintaining Trackers, Dashboards
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree in engineering.
- Experience: Experience in sales analysis or a similar role; familiarity with sales processes
- Preferred Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey findings and collaborate with teams.
- Teamwork Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive relationships across departments.
- Experience with statistical analysis or predictive modelling.
- Proficiency in Designing reports on Power BI, QLIK sense.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
