HR Roles and Responsibility
1. Talent search and recruitment, interview, recruit and onboard
2. Office Admin including payroll & processing of salaries and general administration
3. Developing adequate induction and training
4. Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
5. Assisting with the performance management and review process
Admin Roles and Responsibility
1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the admin activities.
2. Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
3. Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
4. Monitor office spending, and other expenses.
5. Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, annual events, orientations, and training sessions.
Preferred candidate profile
1. MBA in HR from a reputed Institution or University
2. 5+ years of experience in HR and Admin role in ITES/ IT Infrastructure/ Manufacturing Company.
3. Experience in hiring diverse positions in a company is a must.
4. Experience in hiring specific skill related resources like IT & Software, Mechanical and Electronics will be preferred.
5. Experience in Employee Relations and grievance handling is a must and good command on Local, State and Central Employment Laws
6. Experience in HRM Software will be a plus.
7. Knowledge of POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment): This includes organization to define sexual harassment policies, create prevention systems & procedures, establish service rules for employees, and ensures employees receive POSH training.
8. Knowledge of payroll, TDS is a must HR Policies
