𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 2 to 5 years

Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for an Audit and Taxation Manager located in Mumbai. The Audit and Taxation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the financial reporting process. The Audit Manager will also manage a team of auditors to perform financial, operational, and compliance audits, and will work closely with clients to provide recommendations for improving internal controls and financial processes. The role will also entail advising clients on the direct and indirect taxation and various compliances.

Qualifications

• Professional certification such as ICAI and / or CMA.
• Experienced Candidates in an auditing and taxation role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles , and auditing standards
• Experience with risk assessment, internal control evaluation, and audit planning
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of auditors, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
