- Business Development and Strategy
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve company revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas of growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Sales and Revenue Generation
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing new business deals.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and agreements in collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecast sales performance.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align strategies and deliver client solutions.
- Provide feedback to internal teams about market demands, trends, and customer needs.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, business opportunities, and market insights.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and ensure accurate data recording.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Education - MBA is a plus.
Technical Skills - Proficiency in CRM software (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience in creating proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
