Key Responsibilities: Installation & Commissioning: Install and commission mechanical equipment at customer sites in compliance with safety and operational standards. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues in machinery, equipment, and systems. Diagnose faults and make necessary repairs. Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers, answer their queries, and offer solutions for mechanical system issues. Site Audits: Conduct on-site inspections and audits to assess the condition of equipment, provide recommendations, and report findings to management. Upgrades & Modifications: Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or modifications to improve system performance and efficiency. Documentation: Maintain accurate service records, reports, and work logs for each visit, including repair activities and preventive maintenance schedules. Training: Provide training and technical support to customer teams on proper use and maintenance of equipment. Compliance: Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Spare Parts Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, and ensure timely procurement for service activities.
