Qualifications:
For Experienced Professionals:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Android development using Kotlin, with a strong portfolio of apps or projects showcasing your expertise.
- Teaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching or training, especially in a freelance or remote setting, is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Kotlin and Android development, including experience with Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, and other relevant tools and frameworks.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Associate Android Developer) are preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
For Freshers:
- Education: A relevant degree or certification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Kotlin and familiarity with Android development through coursework, personal projects, or internships. Knowledge of Android Studio and basic Android frameworks is advantageous.
- Passion for Teaching: Enthusiasm for teaching and a willingness to learn and adapt to new instructional techniques.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in an understandable manner.
