Major Responsibilities would be: 1. Communication (external and internal) with customer and branches / team coordination 2. Providing support to the branches and customers if any server related issues 3. Prepare MIS reports 4. Vehicle log in creation / addition / deletion / swapping 5. Different application / website use & support for them
Skills required:
1) Must be technically sound with Computer operation 2) Good knowledge of MS Office 3) Good knowledge of Excel, report preparation 4) Email etiquette 5) Good in interpersonal skill 6) Must be an active team player 7) Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (24*7)
