Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in security services, wireless solutions, and locking solutions.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to promote and sell company products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Present detailed proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver impactful sales presentations.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address client concerns and provide after-sales support.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction and contract compliance.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry-specific events to expand client network and stay updated on market trends.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Proven track record in sales, specifically in security services, wireless solutions, and locking systems.
- Strong knowledge of the industry landscape, including trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer pain points and recommend customized solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and client needs.
- High level of self-motivation, professionalism, and result-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
