Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, including balance sheet finalization, profit & loss account preparation, and cash flow management.
  
• Conduct monthly end closing activities such as general ledger accounting and financial analysis.
  
• Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting principles and corporate accounting standards.
  
• Prepare financial statements according to IFRS requirements.
  
• Perform balance sheet review and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in finance & accounts role with expertise in balance sheet finalization, financial reporting, GAAP accounting, etc.
  
• B.Com (Commerce) or Bachelor's degree (B.A) or Master's degree (M.com) in Any Specialization.
  
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, taxation laws applicable to the company's industry.
