Khushi Babys primary areas of focus include digital health solutions, health program strengthening, and research development. Its flagship digital health solution, the Community Health Integrated Platform (CHIP), has been utilized by over 70,000 community health workers and 40,000 villages, reaching 45 million beneficiaries. Among these, over 5 million individuals have been identified with high-risk health conditions and have had their health monitored at the grassroots level. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has allocated over 160 crore rupees (20 million USD) to support the platforms scale-up
Responsibilities
Overall lead and manage the project for comprehensive digitization of primary healthcare in the state
Oversee project activities, including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
Work in collaboration with the internal teams (policy, product, and ME etc) to ensure that the required product is developed and deployed effectively, meeting the goal of achieving the highest standards in primary health care delivery system in the state.
Collaborate with government agencies, healthcare officials, health workers, and community members to ensure project success and to align program activities with state health priorities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
Work towards creating an interoperable digital health ecosystem at the state/district level.
Implement the ABDM framework to enable seamless data exchange and integration.
Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to monitor the impact of digital health solutions. Ensure the accuracy and security of health data collected.
Design, implement and impart training of trainers and ensure the seamless training flow to ultimate users of the digital platform.
Promote a culture of digital literacy and health awareness.
Ensure and oversee comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and technical specifications.
Contribute to the development of strategies for scaling up the project at the state level.
Participate in strategic discussion with higher level govt. officials and disseminate the project/program success to relevant stakeholders including govt.
What we require:
A masters degree in healthcare, public policy, or a related discipline
7-8+ years of experience in Public Health with at least 2 years experience working with the state government.
Proven experience in managing and implementing healthcare projects, particularly in the context of healthcare digitization.
Strong knowledge of Indias healthcare system and policies, including comprehensive primary healthcare and familiarity with the ABDM framework.
Exceptional project management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Proficient in digital health, demonstrating a strong understanding of emerging technologies, data analytics, and innovative solutions within the healthcare sector.
Proficient in English and Hindi
Understanding knowledge of Kannada is mandatory
