Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team at Ariqt International in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong technical background in customizations, configurations, and integrations. You will play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing our Salesforce CRM platform to support business operations and enhance user experience.

- Design and develop robust solutions on the Salesforce platform.

- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other tools.

- Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and integration tools.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce

solutions.

- Implement best practices in code development, deployment, and version control.

- Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications and workflows for optimal performance.

- Conduct unit tests and ensure proper functionality and error handling in Salesforce components.

- Work with cross-functional teams including analysts, administrators, and other developers to deliver comprehensive solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and incorporate them into development processes.

- Provide technical support and resolve issues as needed.

- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Framework.

- Experience with Salesforce customization, security settings, and data visibility.

- Knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation tools like Process Builder, Workflows, and Flows.

- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools and methodologies.

- Understanding of Salesforce data architecture and data modeling.

- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Salesforce Developer Certifications (Platform Developer I/II or equivalent).

- Proven track record of successful Salesforce project implementations.

- Solid understanding of the entire development lifecycle including specification, documentation,

quality assurance, and deployment.

- Experience with Salesforce Communities and Service Cloud implementations.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.

- Prior experience in a collaborative Agile team environment.
