We have openings for the position of Area Manager - Health agency

• Achieve Territory Target like Fresh Premium and Renewal Premium, Agents Activation and recruitment, new sales Managers and TSE Grade 1 recruitment through a team of Business Managers.
• Ensure YOY and MOM Positive growth on Existing Key and Emerging Business Mangers productivity
• Establish and maintain high standard of sales quality as measured by productivity and ethical sales practices, ensure customer satisfaction-Policy holder.
• Ensuring that the Agency Associate Partners/ Agency Managers are meeting their team targets as well as individual sales targets.
• Interacting with them regularly to assess their status & push & motivate them to maintain productivity.
• Devising promotional programs for maximum market coverage and reach.
